Job Title: Revit Drafter Pay: $35hr- $42hr Location: 100% remote Key things they are needing are an individual with Revit , plant layout, and industrial experience. Job Description • Develop and modify detailed Revit models for industrial plant layouts, including equipment, piping, structural elements, and utilities. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other drafters to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate models and drawings. • Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across projects. • Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to ensure model integration and clash detection. • Produce construction documents, layout plans, and as-built drawings. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes. • Ensure compliance with company and client drafting standards and procedures. Skills & Qualifications • Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field is preferred. • 2+ years of experience drafting with Revit, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of industrial plant components such as conveyors, tanks, piping systems, and structural supports. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or BIM 360 is a plus. • Familiarity with industry codes and standards. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
