Role OverviewWe are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will enhance the effectiveness and scalability of our client services and growth teams by optimizing systems, data, and workflows.This role sits at the center of revenue operations, supporting Program Directors and Enterprise Partners by reducing operational friction, improving visibility into performance, and directly enabling the development and conversion of revenue opportunities. The position will report directly to the SVP of Client Services.What You’ll DoCRM & Pipeline Management (Salesforce)Own CRM data integrity, ensuring opportunities, pipeline, and account data are accurate, complete, and up to dateSupport disciplined pipeline management and forecastingBuild dashboards and reports to track revenue performance and pipeline healthIdentify gaps in CRM usage and drive adoption of best practicesWorkflow & Project Coordination (Wrike)Standardize project and task setup to align sales and delivery executionEnsure workflows are followed consistently across teamsPartner with Program Directors to align tracking with client expectationsReporting & Performance InsightsManage monthly and quarterly reporting, including retainer tracking and performance summariesProvide timely insights to support leadership decision-makingEnsure consistency in how performance is measured and communicatedCommercial Enablement (Estimates & SOWs)Support scoping and estimation for custom workDevelop structured estimates aligned to scope and pricing assumptionsDraft clear, client-ready Statements of Work (SOWs)Ensure quality and consistency to support deal progressionFacilitate the internal estimates needed to prepare proposals and scopes of workProcess Optimization & EnablementIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvementsStreamline processes across Salesforce, Wrike, and reporting workflowsReduce manual work and duplication across systemsCross-Functional SupportPartner with Program Directors, Enterprise Partners, and internal teamsSupport onboarding and training on tools and processesTroubleshoot system and workflow challenges
