This position requires collaborative efforts across sales, marketing, and customer success departments to refine the entire revenue cycle. • Serve as the primary owner of Stryker’s Emergency Care ALS 360 processes, ensuring accurate deal entry, timely updates, and compliance with revenue recognition policies. • Manage ALS 360 lifecycle activities, including refreshers, deferrals, and compliance checks to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sales teams to resolve order management issues, optimize shipment timing, and support ALS 360 opportunities. • Lead material reservation strategy and execution, ensuring timely allocation of inventory and proactive adjustments based on supply constraints and demand signals. • Partner with IBP and Manufacturing teams to align reservation priorities with production schedules and customer commitments. • Support strategic revenue plans by delivering data-driven insights, preparing analyses for weekly revenue calls, and highlighting key changes and forecast impacts. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, reinforcing standards, and driving operational efficiency across teams. • Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate asset and customer details in required systems while collaborating with marketing, customer service, finance, and sales. • Help develop metrics that improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support effectiveness, while supporting customer success teams with engagement insights. • Demonstrate proactive communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in all cross-functional interactions. • * What you Need • * Required* Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of experience • Advanced skills in Excel (v look up, pivot tables) You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week (Mon-Wed), but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
