You’ll unlock insights, optimize workflows, and scale operations across Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing. You’ll partner closely with GTM and Finance leaders to fuel growth through intelligence, structure, and automation.You can expect to: Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to help drive strategic decisions through data-driven insights and clear reportingBuild and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and models that inform sales capacity, pipeline coverage, and revenue pacingLeverage AI tools (e.g. GPTs, Zapier, custom LLM workflows) to automate reporting, CRM hygiene, and operational alertsTranslate messy data into clean narratives: What’s working? What’s not? What’s next?Own CRM quality and GTM tech stack governance across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong and related toolsSupport pricing, packaging, and segmentation analyses across Solv’s growing product linesImplement operating cadences that help a lean team execute at enterprise scaleYou'll be great for this role if youHave 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or healthtechHave high fluency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sheets/Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
