As a
RevOps Associate at Zowie, you will be instrumental in optimizing how our GTM teams operate — you’ll actively monitor how processes are followed, identify gaps, and propose improvements that make our operations more efficient and scalable. You’ll also support Demand Generation campaigns on the operational side - manage outreach tools and help our teams stay aligned and productive. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their professional career who’s passionate about process excellence, business, technology, and enabling others to do their best work.

Collaborate closely with GTM teams to maintain processes and daily operations.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate process efficiency and campaign performance.
Monitor adherence to processes and data quality standards.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
Design, implement, and maintain workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Ideally, you'll bring with you:
Passion for process excellence and gaining insights from data.
Excitement and drive to use AI tools for personal productivity.
Strong analytical mindset, with a knack for spotting inefficiencies.
Proactive and collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
Adaptable and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It'd be awesome if you also have:
Solid data analysis skills
Experience working with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, etc).
