Revenue Operations Analyst – Order Management
Nue.io is a next-generation CPQ and revenue automation platform designed for modern SaaS and subscription-based businesses. They are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to own order management, commission reconciliation, and light collections across Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesReview all Closed-Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure: Accurate products, pricing, terms, billing schedules, and revenue treatmentCorrect opportunity ownership, splits, and commission eligibilityValidate alignment between Salesforce and NetSuiteManage a structured Pending Review → Audited → Booked workflowPartner with Finance to ensure clean handoff from opportunity to invoiceAudit all commissionable deals prior to payout: Validate commission rates, splits, accelerators, and eligibilityConfirm invoices are issued and paid in NetSuite per commission policyInvestigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and RevOpsMaintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external auditsMonitor past-due invoices in NetSuiteConduct professional, relationship-aware outreach on overdue balancesPartner with Sales and Customer Success to unblock payment issuesEscalate risk accounts, trends, and aging concerns to Finance leadershipServe as a functional bridge between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and consistency across revenue systemsIdentify recurring deal, invoicing, or commission issues and recommend process improvementsSkills1-3 years experience in Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, Sales Ops, or Order ManagementHands-on experience with NetSuite (invoicing, AR, or order management)High attention to detail with a strong audit mindsetAbility to enforce policy while partnering constructively with SalesStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsSalesforce experience (Opportunities, Accounts, reporting)Experience with CPQ and subscription SaaS billing modelsExposure to commission plans and incentive compensationExperience supporting audits or revenue complianceFamiliarity with quote-to-cash integrations between Salesforce and NetSuiteBenefitsComprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insuranceCompany OverviewNue is an easy-to-manage quote-to-revenue platform designed to meet the needs of the modern business.
