In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the revenue organization to provide actionable insights into performance across the entire customer lifecycle. Your work will directly enable our teams to optimize efficiency and influence how, when, and where Medely expands across the country.The ideal candidate possesses strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, and expertise in sales and marketing. This is a hands-on position - we are looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the data to drive results.The Impact You’ll Make:Metrics & Reporting: Architect, develop, and regularly produce key metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to evaluate and optimize the performance of revenue teams across the customer lifecycleQuantitative Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand root causes, identify blind spots, and improve detection of growth opportunitiesAdvanced Scenario Modeling: Build and maintain complex, multi-variable financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets. You will create "what-if" scenarios for commission changes, territory shifts, and headcount planning that allow leadership to see the ripple effects of every decisionData Enrichment & Automation: Leverage tools like Clay and AI workflows to automate lead enrichment, sharpen account targeting, and scale outbound operations for the go-to-market teamsOperational Audit & Integrity: Act as the "source of truth" for the business. You will perform deep-dive audits of workflow, commission calculations, and funnel conversion to identify and fix data gaps before they impact the bottom lineDrive Business Change: Develop a strong understanding of the business to identify core focus areas and build trust with cross-functional partnersWho You Are:Analytical Experience: 3–5 years in revenue operations, investment banking, business analytics, or a similar environment where decision-making depends on your data accuracyExpert-Level Spreadsheet Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and comfortable with complex formulas and nested logicSalesforce & GTM Literacy: Deep understanding of how CRM objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) relate to one another and how those relationships manifest in data and reporting.
