You can help a small business local to your area!What You’ll DoAs our Revenue Manager, you’ll lead the systems, processes, and people behind our revenue operations. You’ll manage the Billing team, optimize workflows, and ensure accurate, actionable revenue data. This is a critical, cross-functional role at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Customer Success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Billing team, setting clear expectations and fostering a customer-first mindsetOversee billing communications, ensuring clarity, compassion, and urgencyMonitor and improve performance metrics like response time, resolution time, and CSATOwn the monthly revenue close — including reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysisBuild dashboards and reports on revenue trends, churn, MRR/ARR, and pricing insightsAutomate and improve manual billing workflows, including invoice generation and refund approvalsAct as point of escalation for sensitive billing issues; de-escalate with accuracy and empathyTrack open tickets and customer conversations to identify patterns and drive product/process fixesPartner with CX, Finance, and Ops to align revenue processes with customer needsSupport audits and finance data requests, ensuring readiness and clean documentationResolve revenue data discrepancies across systems and teamsRefine billing and revenue policies based on feedback, edge cases, and business complexityWhat We’re Looking ForWe're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
