Position Summary:
The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of revenue management systems at assigned properties.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMSCreate revenue management program pricing and implementation proposalsParticipate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of dutiesConduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and SupervisorsSet up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parametersEvaluate properties’ rental revenue performance against financial objections and report on variancesMonitor adoption and complianceConduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including “shopping” the competitionCompile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as neededCommunicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustmentsPrepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetingsBe proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and toolsStrong planning and organizational skillsRequired Travel
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of multifamily experience with Community Manager or higher requiredYardi/OneSite experience required1-2 years of LRO / AIRM experience requiredMicrosoft Office Suite, Project Management, AdobeOpen to Full-Time Remote

Physical Requirements:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipmentWork Environment:This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per weekThe office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
