This is a remote position. As a Revenue Integrity Analyst, you will investigate and document charge and payment anomalies identified by our detection processes, translating findings into actionable insights that support client and operational performance. This high-impact, cross-functional role also provides structured feedback to refine the anomaly detection model and routes validated issues to the appropriate owners for resolution.What will you do:Investigate charge and payment anomalies identified through the new anomaly detection program, determining root cause and business impactValidate and document exceptions with clear, actionable findings to support resolution and auditabilityRoute confirmed issues to the appropriate operational owners via Salesforce and track progress to closureProvide structured feedback to continuously refine and improve the anomaly detection modelAnalyze trends in exceptions to identify systemic issues, process gaps, and opportunities for performance improvementResearch and prepare action items for onboarding and performance review meetingsUtilize Zotec’s proprietary tools and reporting platforms to perform targeted investigative analysisCommunicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including summarizing risk, impact, and recommended next stepsContribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts across Revenue Integrity workflowsAct as an ambassador for Zotec’s mission, initiatives, and goalsComplete other duties as assignedWhat will you bring to Zotec:Successful experience in a role where you were responsible for providing data analysis and recommendationsProven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendationsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelSalesforce experience is a plusSQL experience is a plusExcellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skillsMust be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadershipFlexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to changeMust be self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environmentProfessionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day workStrong attention to detailBachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in healthcare RCM
