Revenue Financial Data Analyst – Zero Balance
Job Description: • Analyze large volumes of hospital claim data for payment accuracy • Extract, clean, and validate data from clients • Develop, troubleshoot, and configure tools for analysis • Provide optimization and maintenance of internal applications • Look for solutions and enhancements to technical processes • Communicate issues and present solutions effectively • Validate, analyze, and provide reporting for generated data Requirements: • BA degree or work experience equivalent • Experience working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle • Advanced working knowledge of Excel • Familiarity with a programming language (MySQL/Python preferred) • Experience with Alteryx or similar tools • Aptitude for researching and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience Benefits: • Professional development opportunities • Collaboration with internal teams • Support for education and personal growth Apply tot his job
