Position: Revenue Cycle -Senior Financial Analyst/Full Time/Remote
Step into a high‑visibility role where your analytical talent truly shapes the business. As a Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst
, you’ll work directly with leaders across the organization—including our CFO—while serving as a trusted partner to our Revenue Cycle Analytics team.
Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst Responsibilities
• Preparation/coordination of Revenue Cycle month-end accruals and journal entries with Accounting.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Revenue Cycle Financials (Income Statement)
• Provide support to Revenue Cycle leaders in explaining financial actual-to-budget variances for vendor expenses and staffing.
• Assist in preparation of monthly metrics/reporting for Revenue Cycle initiative programs that measuring year-over-year revenue improvement.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget with Revenue Cycle leaders and inputting/uploading budgets by cost center.
• Build/prepare various ad‑hoc analyses.
• Experience/ability to build/use advanced Excel pivot tables, relational databases, data mining.
Education/Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in accounting, finance or related field.
• Previous healthcare finance experience, preferred.
• Previous experience with cost accounting analysis, preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
