Revenue Cycle Client Relations Coordinator

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Cycle Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate medical billing processes, and maintaining strong relationships to support financial performance and client satisfaction. This role will also include being the subject matter expert for PM systems such as Central Reach and Re-Think ABA software.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to medical revenue cycle activities.
β€’ Review and analyze revenue cycle reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
β€’ Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide updates on account status, address issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim denials, payment delays, and account discrepancies.
β€’ Ensure all client interactions comply with HIPAA and relevant healthcare regulations.
β€’ Support the onboarding of new clients, offering training and guidance on billing processes and systems as needed.
β€’ Support and train clients and support staff on Central Reach and Re-Think software.

Qualifications:
β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
β€’ Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management and client services within the healthcare industry.
β€’ Central Reach and Rethink software knowledge required.
β€’ Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and revenue cycle workflows.
β€’ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
β€’ Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
β€’ Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
β€’ Familiarity with healthcare software and revenue cycle management systems.
β€’ Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach to resolving billing issues.
