Revenue Collection Representative I

Timely and Accurate Revenue Collection: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for collecting revenue from customers in a timely and accurate manner. This includes processing payments, managing accounts, and following up on delinquent payments.

Customer Service: As a customer-focused company, PPL Corp expects the Revenue Collection Representative I to provide exceptional service to our customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving billing issues, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Financial Reporting: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of revenue collected and producing regular reports to track and analyze revenue trends.
