Financial Professional (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Position Overview:
As a Retirement Specialist, you’ll help clients create personalized strategies for protecting their families, building wealth, and preparing for retirement. This role focuses on insurance-based financial planning, utilizing tools like life insurance, annuities, and other protection and savings vehicles. Securities license can be pursued once insurance license is obtained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client-focused financial education
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up
• Customize life insurance, health insurance, and indexed retirement strategies based on client goals
• Attend weekly training and development sessions as well as weekly one-on-one mentorship meetings to stay current on products, strategies, and compliance
• Work with mentor as well as independently to generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
• Life and Health Insurance License (required to actively serve clients but may be obtained after on-boarding)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for helping others achieve financial security and peace of mind
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is helpful but not required
