Locations: Europe, UK, Eastern Europe, Israel, Canada (EST), Dubai Contract-based via Deel.com or Wise Full-time, remote Our client: Instantly.ai — a fast-scaling SaaS company (25K+ trials/month) with a product-led growth (PLG) modelWe’re helping Instantly.ai hire a hands-on Retention & Lifecycle Marketer to drive meaningful increases in user conversion and retention. You’ll own onboarding, email automation, in-app flows, and re-engagement strategies across a high-volume SaaS product. This is a critical, high-impact role reporting directly to the founding team. What You'll Do:Design and optimize onboarding journeys in Intercom to move users from trial to activation.Build and manage email automation campaigns for onboarding, retention, and winback — working with tools like Intercom, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.Run in-app campaigns: popups, tooltips, nudges, and upsell flows.Develop lifecycle segmentation strategies across a contact base of ~80,000 users.Improve the trial-to-paid conversion rate from 25% to 30–35%.Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize KPIs: activation, retention, expansion.Collaborate closely with the Product, Growth, and CS teams to align messaging and strategy.
