We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Retail & Warehouse Associate to support our Maui location, where we serve both industry professionals and the general public.You’ll play a vital role in our daily operations—helping customers, maintaining our showroom and warehouse, and ensuring equipment and inventory are ready to go. Our retail and rental operations offer high-quality chemicals, equipment, and expertise to both contractors and DIY customers.What You’ll DoAs a Retail & Warehouse Associate, you will:Keep the retail showroom and warehouse neat, organized, and fully stocked. Support customers with product recommendations, equipment loading/unloading, and general assistance. Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory. Maintain the cleanliness of rental equipment and facility (bathrooms, windows, carpet, trash, etc.). Assist in inventory counts and inform management of stock levels. Perform product demonstrations for customers. Deliver and pick up equipment or inventory as needed. Professionally handle incoming calls and assist with errands or administrative needs. Build lasting customer relationships and assist with internal and external sales. Support training workshops, seminars, and other retail events. Maintain company fleet (oil changes, safety checks, etc.). Perform additional duties to support team operations. What You’ll UseForklift (experience preferred, but we’ll train!)
