Responsibilities:
Maintain a customer-first approach and provide excellent customer service.
Receive and process merchandise shipments, including verifying and counting the inventory.
Stock shelves, racks, and tables with merchandise.
Assist customers with finding the merchandise they need.
Monitor inventory levels and order additional stock when necessary.
Ensure the store is clean and organized.
Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions.
Communicate with other departments and managers to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assist with returns and exchanges.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
