Our client, a leading player in the electronics retail industry, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations department supporting the store's success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
ย Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
ย Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
ย Maintain a deep understanding of the storeยs product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
ย Be in charge of Opening and closing procedures, key holder standards, register cash counts ect.
ย Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
ย Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support promotional activities.
What's Needed?
ย Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
ย Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
ย Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
ย Multilingual abilities are a plus.
ย Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and familiarity with technology sales is beneficial.
