Job Summary of Retail Sales Person:
As a Retail Sales Person at Verizon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Verizon products and services within a retail store setting. You will play a key role in assisting customers with their wireless and telecommunications needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Principal Duties of a Retail Sales Person:
β’ Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
β’ Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
β’ Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
β’ Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
β’ Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
β’ Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
