What You’ll Do • Start friendly conversations with Home Depot shoppers; explain the raffle and how to enter. • Capture contact details accurately (name, phone, email, zip) on a mobile form. • Hit daily/weekly entry goals while keeping the experience fun and professional. • Keep your booth/table neat and brand-right; follow store policies. • Share quick shift recaps and wins in team chat; celebrate big days together! What It Takes • People-person, fearless & friendly. You enjoy starting conversations with strangers. • Reliable & professional. On-time, polished, and respectful of store rules. • Transportation: valid driver’s license + reliable car (travel to assigned stores). • Schedule: able to work nights/weekends as needed. • Background: able to pass a background check for store badge access. • Endurance: comfortable standing/walking 4–8 hours. Nice-to-haves (not required): retail, promotions, street team, canvassing, or bilingual (Spanish/English). Pay & Perks • Base pay: $17–$22/hour (DOE). • Bonuses: weekly performance bonuses for hitting sign-up goals; spiffs for top days. • Paid training; W-2 employment. • Weekly pay, health/401(k), or employee discounts. Schedule & Locations • Shifts during store peak hours (mornings, afternoons, and evenings/weekends). • Coverage from Naples to Punta Gorda (home base: Fort Myers). • PT: 2–4 shifts/week.
