Retail Media & Marketplace Performance Manager (Freelance / Remote)

We are a growing fashion & jewelry brand selling across major department stores and marketplaces, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and select marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Retail Media & Marketplace Performance Manager to help us drive SKU-level sales through retail media platforms and clearly attribute performance back to dropship revenue. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role, not a brand marketing or social media position. Platforms You’ll Work On • Criteo (primary) • Target Roundel • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products / DSP – optional but preferred) • Retailer product feeds & catalogs What You’ll Be Responsible For • Launching, managing, and optimizing retail media campaigns at the SKU level • Activating specific products to support department store and marketplace sales • Managing lower-funnel performance media (retargeting, product display, commerce media) • Analyzing campaign performance and tying media spend back to retailer sales • Reconciling: • Criteo / retail media performance • Retailer reports (Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, etc.) • Dropship orders and revenue in ApparelMagic (or similar ERP) • Providing clear reporting on what SKUs are being pushed, what’s converting, and what’s driving incremental sales • Making data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, SKU prioritization, and scaling winners What We’re Looking For • Proven experience managing Criteo campaigns (this is required) • Strong background in retail media / marketplace advertising • Experience working with department stores or wholesale/dropship models • Comfortable with product feeds, catalogs, and SKU-level optimization • Ability to connect ad performance to actual sales and POs, not just ROAS screenshots • Experience with Target Roundel and/or Amazon Ads is a strong plus • Clear communicator who can explain performance simply and honestly Nice to Have • Experience with ApparelMagic or similar wholesale ERP • Fashion, jewelry, or accessories category experience • Understanding of retail margins, wholesale vs dropship dynamics Engagement Details • Freelance / contract • Remote • Ongoing work based on performance • Flexible hours, but ownership and accountability are critical Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $35.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Your Email? • State? • Do you have experience working any of these platforms?
