### **Role Overview**
Mercor is hiring seasoned Retail & E-Commerce professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. You will help develop and evaluate advanced AI systems that mimic real-world retail and e-commerce workflows—such as inventory forecasting, product content optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate Retail & E-Commerce outputs (e.g., forecasting reports, merchandising plans, performance dashboards) generated by AI systems for quality and accuracy
- Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as SKU replenishment proposals, shelf planogram resets, and ROI calculations.
- Create domain assets—e.g., inventory-replenishment playbooks, product-content guidelines, performance-reporting templates.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems
### **Ideal Qualifications**
- **[REQUIRED]** 3+ years of experience in a Retail & E-commerce related roles Retail Operations, E-Commerce Merchandising, Category Management, Supply-Chain Planning, OR a Graduate education
- Strong proficiency in demand forecasting, open-to-buy budgeting, GMV / revenue KPI analysis, and merchandising metrics
- Experience creating retail assets such as store scorecards, inventory models, product-content libraries, and campaign-ROI dashboards
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
### **Project Timeline**
- **Start Date:** July 17th
- **Duration:** 6 weeks
- **Commitment:** Part-time, ~20 hours/week
