**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate their needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet their needs
* Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
* Taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate careerzynith products and services
* Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing the production queue and output, managing complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority
* Assisting in the training of store team members and following instructions of supervisors
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store
**Essential Functions**
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the careerzynith business
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 6+ months of specialized experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to operate with minimal supervision
* Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
