You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, suggest solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your expertise will span across various areas, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, as well as operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Demonstrate expert knowledge in printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role * Knowledge of printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines * Experience with operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $18.55 - $21.81/hr * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and excellence **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding our customers' expectations * We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation * We're committed to employee development and growth, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional development * We foster a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and excellence **How to Apply** If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
