You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on priority. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert advice, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience * Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Manage the production queue and output to ensure timely completion of customer orders * Complete assigned tasks based on priority, including taking complex customer orders, assembling parcels, and preparing goods for shipping * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
