Our Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple construction projects, reporting to the VP of Construction. Responsibilities: • Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance • Lead communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal staff • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and resolve onsite issues proactively • Manage change orders, project documentation, and subcontractor performance • Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations and contractual requirements Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects • Experience with fast-track restaurant, athletic club, corporate, or retail sectors (Preferred) • Travel is required, around 40% depending on projects This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager to grow into a Director role within a company that values integrity, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results in commercial construction!
