Job Summary of Retail Clerk:
Offering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient store operations are central to the role of the Retail Clerk at Goodwill. Responsibilities of Retail Clerk:
ā¢ Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
ā¢ Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
ā¢ Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
ā¢ Cashier duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
