Job Summary of Retail Beauty Advisor:
Key responsibilities for this role involve providing exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, comprehensive knowledge of products, and high sales achievements. Tasks include actively engaging guests, presenting product features, maintaining store standards, supporting on-site events, and contributing to a welcoming and diverse team environment. A deep-rooted passion for beauty and a commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction are indispensable for this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Beauty Advisor:
• Provide exceptional customer care by greeting and assisting clients, offering tailored suggestions, and sharing expertise on products and current promotions.
• Achieve or outdo store goals in retail sales, service sales, customer loyalty programs, and multi-platform initiatives.
• Administer transactions, reimbursements, swaps, and support consumers with e-commerce orders via Ulta Beauty's software.
• Showcase products by providing makeup applications and conducting skincare analyses to elevate customer engagement and promote sales.
• Help with organizing service bookings and conducting in-store events to uplift the customer's visit.
• Sustain the maintenance of product demonstrations, markers, and cleanliness in assigned spots like the selling area, washrooms, and staff break zone.
• Engage in inventory activities, merchandise resets, and processing shipments in accordance with Ulta Beauty regulations.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Beauty Advisor:
• This position typically requires a high school diploma.
• - Ideally, applicants will have one year of relevant experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• Illustrated a strong devotion to guest service and comprehensive understanding of merchandise.
• Capable in handling technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
• Possesses aptitude in fostering relationships and effectiveness in both collaborative and individual work environments.
• - Capable of working at different times, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
