Retail Associate - Remote Opportunity
Join the CVS Wellbeing team as a Retail Associate and make a difference in people's healthcare journey! As a Remote Retail Associate, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our retail locations are well-stocked and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide outstanding customer assistance by understanding needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues effectively.
ā¢ Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance.
ā¢ Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments.
ā¢ Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
ā¢ Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
ā¢ Assist with all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring supplies are readily available.
ā¢ Support pharmacy staff when required, with flexible scheduling options.
ā¢ Promote new CVS services and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Ability to stand for extended periods.
ā¢ Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
ā¢ Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading and detail work.

ā¢ Previous experience in retail or customer service.
