Retail Associate (part-time)
Position Summary
The Retail Associate is responsible for interacting with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the company's sales success. This position involves engaging with customers, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, compliant, organized retail environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
? Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting and educating customers on product options.
? Provide informed recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
? Accurately and efficiently process transactions using a computerized point-of-sale system.
? Contribute to achieving company sales goals by adhering to INSA sales standards.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space.
? Assist with order fulfillment and inventory restocking as needed.
? Ensure full compliance with company policies and state regulations, including proper ID verification and adherence to sales limits.
? Foster a safe and positive work environment by following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
? Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
? Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
? Must be at least 21 years of age.
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Prior retail and cash handling experience preferred.
? Basic computer and math skills
? Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
? Reliable transportation required.
? Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.
