Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate:
ā¢ Display excellent customer service by showing a friendly and helpful demeanor.
ā¢ Ensure that the sales floor and stock areas are kept clean and organized.
ā¢ Support in inventory handling, restocking inventory, and arranging items for display.
ā¢ Skillfully manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions for accuracy.
ā¢ Collaborate with the store staff to create a pleasant and operational space.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Associate:
ā¢ At least 16 years of age is necessary to meet the criteria.
ā¢ Readiness to adjust work hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
ā¢ Competency in elementary math principles is vital.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills paired with interpersonal strengths.
