Retail Area Manager, Western PA

Role: Retail Area Manager- Western, PA Location: Remote We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring The Retail Area Manager oversees the performance of multiple retail stores within the Western Pennsylvania market. This role is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and consistent customer experience across all locations. You’ll work closely with store leadership to develop teams, improve store performance, and ensure strong execution of company standards. This role requires regular travel between stores and a hands-on leadership presence in the field. Your Impact Lead and support General Managers across multiple retail locations, providing coaching, development, and performance management Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance across all stores in the assigned market Monitor and analyze store KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance Ensure consistent execution of store operations, merchandising standards, and customer experience Partner with internal teams on promotions, merchandising strategies, and vendor activations Maintain a strong in-store leadership presence to support daily operations, staffing, and compliance Ensure stores operate in accordance with state cannabis regulations and company policies Your Strengths 5+ years of retail management experience Experience leading teams in fast-paced, multi-store retail environments Proven ability to develop leaders and build strong store teams Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store financial performance Cannabis industry experience required Familiarity with seed-to-sale systems and cannabis inventory regulations If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us: Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
