Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and troubleshooting issues.
- Optimize report performance and implement best practices for data modeling and visualization.
- Train and support end-users on Power BI tools and reports to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
The requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role in data analytics and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative, friendly attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment.
