Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Residential Real Estate Appraiser to conduct valuations across our coverage areas. This position offers the flexibility to work from our established offices in Raleigh or Greenville, our upcoming office in New Bern, or remotely. We are open to hiring a Certified Residential Appraiser or a highly motivated Appraiser Trainee. While some experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up.
Qualifications:
• Active North Carolina Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license OR an active North Carolina Appraiser Trainee registration.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A commitment to professional excellence, integrity, and exceeding client expectations.
