Responsibilities
• Leverage Pop Realty's systems, tools, and mentorship to scale your existing business
• Generate and convert leads through a mix of personal outreach, online platforms, open houses, and referrals
• Guide buyers and sellers through all phases of the real estate process
• Stay current with market trends, local inventory, and contract updates
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and within the community
Qualifications
• Active Texas Real Estate License
• 3+ years of residential real estate experience preferred
• Track record of past sales or transactions closed
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to grow your own brand
• Comfortable with tech tools (CRM, e-signatures, MLS systems, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Coachable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
