Here at Marshall Reddick, we like to work hard and have fun in a fast-paced and changing real estate environment. We are a full-service residential real estate firm that works with local and out-of-state buyers, property management, and mortgage/trust deed investments.In this position, you will be working alongside our Property Management team by leasing vacant listings as well as being a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions. You will be working with a wide array of clients and prospects from tenants to first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less.50% of your day will be on the phones and 50% of your day will be at properties. You must be comfortable with interpersonal communication via telephone, email interaction, and face-to-face.
