One in three property transactions fall through, complaints run 3.3x higher than any other legal sector. Many firms still rely on post and fax. We're building the UK's first AI-native law firm to change that.
Backed by Firstminute Capital and a strong group of angel investors, we’re led by a founder who built and scaled Gen H, a fintech mortgage lender, to £1bn in annual lending and £5bn in financing. That hands-on experience in regulated financial services gives us a clear path to disrupt a fragmented £2.5 billion market. Conveyancing is our starting point. Our ambition is a full-service, AI-first law firm with global reach.
Key Responsibilities
We're hiring qualified residential conveyancers of all experience levels to manage purchase and sale transactions in England & Wales.
You’ll be expected to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships.

Benefits
Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office
Hours: Manage your own hours so long as you make yourself available for your clients and attend key company meetings
Reports to: Head of Conveyancing or Team Lead
What we currently offer:
Salary range: £30,000 to £100,000 (dependent on levelling)
Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics
Pension: 5% employer contributions
Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development
This role is based in Shoreditch, London and reports directly to the founder.
