We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Cleaner at Bitter Creek Cleaning Co., youll play a key role in maintaining spotless, welcoming spaces for our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of homes and businesses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Handle move-in/move-out cleanings as needed.
Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded.
Maintain cleaning equipment and product Inventory.
Communicate with clients and team members professionally and respectfully.
Adhere to quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not requiredwere happy to train the right candidate!
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
