This remote-based role is ideal for an organised individual with a passion for high-end travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage reservations with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms with professionalism and warmthManage reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring accurate system inputBuild and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and direct guestsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesUpsell lodge experiences, private safaris, and additional services to maximise revenueStay up to date with packages, operational updates, and conservation initiativesManage booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficientlyEnsure deposits, invoicing, and payment follow-ups are aligned with company policiesAssist with reporting, audits, and database managementRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality or the safari industryProficiency in reservations systems such as ResRequest, PANStrat, Opera, or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skillsAbility to multitask and perform well under pressurePassion for African travel, conservation, and exceptional guest serviceAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamUnderstanding of the travel trade and global tourism market is advantageousPersonal Attributes:Warm, engaging, and professional demeanourSolutions-driven with a calm and composed approachHigh level of integrity and discretionStrong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mileFlexible with working hours during peak periodsPackage & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceRemote working environmentOpportunity for career growth and exposure within the luxury travel sectorSupportive and collaborative team cultureInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV to apply for this role.
