Position Summary:

As a Reservations/Sales Agent, you will engage with potential guests via phone, email, and chat, utilizing proven sales strategies to convert inquiries into bookings. Your goal will be to provide a memorable customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Β• Sales and Reservations: Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations through phone, email, and chat.
Β• Guest Assistance: Help guests select accommodations and services that match their preferences, upselling when appropriate.
Β• Reservation Management: Process reservations, payments, cancellations, and re-bookings with accuracy.
Β• Revenue Maximization: Use sales techniques to upsell additional services and exceed revenue targets.
Β• Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Requirements:
Β• A passion for sales and customer service.
Β• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
Β• Tech-savvy with experience using cloud-based systems and Google Suite.
Β• Availability to work weekends (Thursday-Monday).
Β• Strong sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Β• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Β• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
