Reservation Experience Specialist
Overview

What You'll Do
Assist with reservation management for vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and packaged travel experiences
Review travel requests and gather information needed to support booking arrangements
Research available travel options through approved supplier and booking platforms
Help ensure reservation information is accurate, complete, and properly documented
Provide personalized assistance based on client preferences, timelines, and travel objectives
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
Support booking revisions, schedule changes, and travel-related follow-up requests
Maintain organized digital records, confirmations, and customer profiles
Participate in virtual learning sessions and ongoing professional development programs
