You will also monitor timelines to ensure services are completed as scheduled and according to company standards.
Ideal candidates possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and confidence using digital tools and online systems. Previous industry experience is not required, as comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support are provided.
