In this role, you will ensure customer calls run smoothly and coordinate high volumes of user research participant interviews. Responsibilities Provide a one-of-a-kind participant experience: In this role, you will be interfacing with our user research participants and customers. You'll partner with our Research Ops & Program Manager to refine our scheduling process to optimize for the best participant experience Coordination and scheduling at scale: You'll coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews in an organized, timely, and consistent manner. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers to keep studies on track and on time Skills 1+ years of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You are comfortable juggling multiple requests and timelines You are kind, warm, and thoughtful.
