Research & Impact Evaluation Lead

Role Type: Volunteer or Stipend (5–10 hrs/week)

About the Role

HHP’s programs rely on real-world evidence (RWE) and measurable impact.

We are seeking a Research & Impact Evaluation Lead to design and oversee evaluation frameworks across all programs.

What You’ll Do
• Design evaluation frameworks for programs (Access, Diabetes Prevention, Youth MH, etc.)
• Lead development of outcome metrics and logic models
• Analyze program data and generate insights
• Produce RWE summaries, dashboards, and reports
• Support grant applications with data and evidence
• Build partnerships with universities and research groups

You’re a Great Fit If You
• Have experience in evaluation, public health research, or data analysis
• Understand qualitative + quantitative methods
• Can translate findings into clear insights
• Enjoy shaping the evidence behind social impact
