Research Engineer, Post-Training Evals

Partner with engineering and product teams to translate research insights into product features.You ML engineer with deep, hands-on experience in model evaluation or post-training. Strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models.Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveContributions to relevant open-source projects.Publications in top ML conferences. Salary Range Information Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $185,000 to $275,000.
