Research Church Websites & Collect Worship Team Contact Information

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to research churches of a specific size and denomination and compile a report with key contacts from their worship teams. This project requires accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with church organizational structures. Scope of Work: Research churches based on size (500+ weekly attendance) and denomination (to be provided). Identify key worship-related contacts, including: Worship Pastor / Leader Music Director / Minister of Music Worship & Arts Director Worship Musicians (if listed on staff page) Collect the following information for each contact: Full Name Job Title Email Address Church Name Church Website Church Location Campus Type: e.g. Multi-campus Deliverables: A structured spreadsheet (bolthires Sheets or Excel) with all collected data. Separate tabs for different denominations or church sizes if applicable. Requirements: Strong research and data entry skills. Ability to navigate websites and social media to find accurate contact information. Familiarity with church structures and common worship team titles is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy—emails and names must be verified where possible. Preferred Skills: Lead generation / data mining Web research Experience with church databases or nonprofit research Instructions for Proposal: Provide a brief overview of your experience with web research or lead generation. Confirm your ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate, organized data. Include any relevant experience researching churches or nonprofit organizations.
