Research Analyst, Innovation

As a Research Analyst in the Innovation Service Line, you will support the delivery of strategic insights through the execution of research projects, focusing on quantitative research design and managing key market research projects.ResponsibilitiesWorks with project team and appropriate internal resources to meet client needsParticipates in client communication (email, phone, etc.) as appropriate to gain understanding of needs and to capture client requests and feedback to incorporate in project documentsFamiliarizes self with key clients/accounts within the Service LineSupports the preparation of reports and presentationsMay share files and updates with clientsWorks alongside project lead in the execution and delivery of reliable and timely data to our clients by owning tasks throughout the project lifecycle such as link checking, data quality checks and report populationFocuses on executional excellence with increased independenceUnderstands the project lifecycle for custom research and manages projects from client approval to deliverables with project lead oversightCollaborates with internal Ops partners and project lead in project executionManages project timelinesMentors new Analysts on core competenciesQuestionnaire review and revisionCreating and submitting project materialsManaging internal project partnersReviewing and finalizing linksMonitoring fieldworkReviewing and finalizing data tablesSpec'ing, charting, and proofing report slidesManaging multiple projects/priorities and working towards resolving problems that ariseParticipates in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns.
