As a Research Analyst at Nacre, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company, focusing on conducting research and driving impactful insights. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more. Work independently with minimal direction to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations for the portfolio. Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Serve as a point of contact between executives and external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management Requirements Proficient in English , both written and verbal communication (MUST) . Experience with PH night shift (MUST) Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Any Business Research oriented certificate would be preferred. Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills. Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite. Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
