The position involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research, collaborating with team members, and contributing to various research projects in the healthcare sector.ResponsibilitiesHone both qualitative and quantitative research techniquesConduct quantitative research, involving coding, data / table checking, charting of quantitative data and conducting data analysisCarry out qualitative research, involving content analysis of qualitative in-depth interviews and focus groups, including opportunities to be involved in conducting qualitative fieldwork (moderating interviews with healthcare professionals and patients)Collaborate with colleagues at different levels of seniority and from across different areas of specialization within the team, building your knowledge of the range of techniques we useGain experience using innovative AI-powered platforms and tools, developing your technical expertise as a healthcare market researcher in an evolving sectorContribute to projects end-to-end and develop your expertise and knowledge in multiple disease areasDrafting research materials (screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires)Briefing internal and external colleagues on project requirements (e.g. analysts, moderators, coders, link checkers, data management teams)Supporting face-to-face / remote interviews with key respondentsDay-to-day liaison with internal project management team who oversee the management of project timelines, budgets and fieldwork agencies and freelancersTrouble-shoot fieldwork problems with internal project management team, suggesting solutionsPerforming data checks on raw dataConducting analysis of qualitative and/or quantitative data, generating insightsPreparing initial drafts of reports (or subsections of larger reports) for review by the project teamSkillsYou are inquisitive and want to understand the 'why'You are numerate with a high degree of accuracy and can demonstrate analytical capabilities with complex quantitative data setsYou have good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingYou are proactive with a can-do attitude; able to identify issues and generate solutionsYou have excellent organizational skills, are able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of focus on each taskYou are creative and like seeking out novel solutions to client problemsYou have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherIdeally you have a degree in the sciences, management, social sciences, mathematics or modern languages, but we are open to degrees from any background.
