Rescue Ready Service Agent

The Rescue Ready Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of AED equipment by conducting inspections, replacing batteries and pads, and assisting with installations and data retrieval. Responsibilities Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System Assist as needed with special projects in the field Skills Must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application Must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire A state issued driver's license is required A smart phone or tablet is required to use the mobile application and will not be provided Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred Veteran Status is a plus Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also preferred Company Overview ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS), a division of ZOLL Medical Corporation, offers a unique portfolio of novel technologies designed to deliver better insights and better outcomes in cardiac patient care.
